Super Finishing Machine

with precision along with cylindrical bearing honing, ball bearing, and spherical bearing.
- Lubricate each part that moves, and fill the sliding surfaces of each adjustment on the machine tool with lubricating oil often so that it can be used and adjustedeasily
- Add high-speed oil to the pneumatic system’s lubricator and check if the oil injection works.
- Motors and other electrical parts of machine tools should have good insulation and a solid grounding system.
- Every 2-3 months, you should change the oil in the coolant tank.
- The user should often check the gas circuit’s valves and pressure gauges to ensure they work well.
- During the super-finishing process, if the whetstone breaks, the super-finishing roller needs to stop turning, the oscillation needs to be turned off, and the machine tool needs to be turned back on after the broken pieces of whetstone are cleaned out of the super-finishing roller.

The bed body has parts that work like rollers and parts that move back and forth.
The whetstone super finishing head is attached to the oscillating component’s swallowtail rail.
The brake box is at the right end of the bed. At the right end of the machine tool is the electrical cabinet. There is a super finishing roller drive motor in the bed body chamber. The coolant tank is on the left side of the back of the bed.
Any industry can select superfinishing machines based on the rollers that need to be worked on. The brackets that hold the superfinishing rollers to the bed are in place. The space between the superfinishing rolls is changed based on the size of the piece.
Adjusting the superfinishing roller support, mounted on a screw in the two grooves of the bed body, makes it possible to combine the two super finishing rollers evenly spaced and in line.
There are eight pressure cylinders on the machine (clamping stations). When the compressed air is turned on, the piston rod of the pressure cylinder moves down. MaxPlus Machinery Company’s this product makes the whetstone on the clamping block press down on the surface of the work piece and keeps a certain pressure.
The user can move the piston rod of the pressure cylinder up and down by moving the valve rod above it.
If the super-finishing roller stops moving, the electric and pneumatic systems will work together to move the piston rod up. Then, it will pull the whetstone away from the workpiece quickly and automatically.
