The eight super-precise heads of whetstone work together with a pneumatic system to press and release the workpiece. The air circuit’s main connection point is at the back of the bed, where 0.6MPa of compressed air is connected and then sent to each executive element through a distributor. The air-water filter, pressure-regulating valve, and lubricator in the system’s pipeline can ensure that the compressed air going to the actuator is clean and the working pressure stays stable.
System for cooling :
So that the workpieces made by machining are of high quality, our cooling system has a magnetic filter and a high-precision filter to keep the coolant clean. In addition, kerosene is often used as a coolant in the machine tool.
The best maintenance service on the market is the one we offer :
- Lubricate each part that moves, and fill the sliding surfaces of each adjustment on the machine tool with lubricating oil often so that it can be used and adjusted easily.
- Add high-speed oil to the pneumatic system’s lubricator and check if the oil injection works.
- Motors and other electrical parts of machine tools should have good insulation and a solid grounding system.
- Every 2-3 months, you should change the oil in the coolant tank.
- The user should often check the gas circuit’s valves and pressure gauges to ensure they work well.
- During the super-finishing process, if the whetstone breaks, the super-finishing roller needs to stop turning, the oscillation needs to be turned off, and the machine tool needs to be turned back on after the broken pieces of whetstone are cleaned out of the super-finishing roller.

Bed Body :
The bed body has parts that work like rollers and parts that move back and forth.
The whetstone super finishing head is attached to the oscillating component’s swallowtail rail.
The brake box is at the right end of the bed. At the right end of the machine tool is the electrical cabinet. There is a super finishing roller drive motor in the bed body chamber. The coolant tank is on the left side of the back of the bed.
Roller for Super Finishing:
Any industry can select superfinishing machines based on the rollers that need to be worked on. The brackets that hold the superfinishing rollers to the bed are in place. The space between the superfinishing rolls is changed based on the size of the piece.
