Superfinishing Machine - Maxplus
The superfinishing of workpieces is a micro machining process which frequently finds application when other production techniques such as fine milling, fine turning, grinding, lapping or polishing can only meet the required characteristics at considerable cost or are simply not able to meet the requirements.

Superfinishing machines are today always used when the highest precision is required of the workpiece to be machined. It is widely known that the functional behaviour of component parts is decisively influenced by the deviation of their machined surface and their geometrical design.
Superfinishing machines adopts the principle of super-finishing of whetstone and carries out the finishing equipment in the way of penetration. It can obtain the finishing surface of the workpiece with high efficiency, improve the surface quality of the workpiece, and increase the service life of the workpiece. Superfinishing machines is mainly used for superfinishing the surface of the cylindrical roller of the rolling bearing. By replacing the superfinishing roller and its bracket, the surface of the tapered roller can be superfinished. As required, the rollers can be machined with the desired amount of convexity and the desired convexity shape.

Our superfinishing machine can machining the bearing cylindrical rollers of category 2 and the bearing conical rollers of category 7.

The types of roller include: straight line, fully-convex, semi-convex, log-curve.

Other irregular rollers, asymmetric rollers and category 3 of spherical bearing rollers can not be processed.
